There is an expense account that is on the wrong line of the Annual Report.  How do I move the expense to the correct line?

  1. On the Annual Report, click on the Setup Expense Account Links tab at the top of the report.
  2. Find the expense account that needs to be moved in the list on the left side of the screen. Expense accounts are highlighted in yellow. The account will be listed under Annual Report line (white lines) where it is currently reported.
  3. Click and drag the account to the yellow box on the right side of the screen.
  4. Scroll up or down the account link list, on the left side of the screen, and locate the line where the expense should be reported.
  5. Click and drag the account from the right side and drop it on top of the line where it needs to go. The account can be dropped on any line that has the correct line number (including yellow lines with the same line number.)
