How do I save and recall different print settings for the Periodic Financial Report?

If you have NTS version 4.32 or before, please see Instructions for older versions of NTS.

  1. Click the Print Settings button at the top of the Periodic Financial Report Screen. If the screen size allows, the print settings can be found on the left side of the screen below the Report Options box and it will not be necessary to click the Print Settings button.
  2. Set the print settings. Select or unselect the options you need and set the Font size.
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. Type in a name for your settings or select an existing name from the list.
  5. Click Save to save your new settings.
  6. To retrieve your saved settings, choose the name from the list.
  7. To delete a saved setting, choose the setting from the list and then press the Delete key on the keyboard.
