My Transaction Detail Report is printing in small print.
What can I do to increase the size of the font on the report?

There are 2 changes that can be made to increase the size of the text.

Change #1:

It is possible to remove columns from the report so that they are not included on the printed report. Deselect the Show box for any column that does not need to be printed. See the illustration below. Two common options are to remove the Fiscal Year and Comment columns.

Change #2 - Change the print orientation:

  1. Click the Print button.
  2. Click the properties button on the print dialog box.
  3. Change the printer's setting to print in Landscape Orientation.
  4. Click OK and then Print.
