How to Change the Checkbook Comment for a Payroll Check

Click Amount
  1. Click on a $ Amount box
  2. A Checkbook Links box will appear to the left.

  3. Click the Expense Account or Internal Account drop-down arrow to open the selection menu.
  4. Select the applicable account.
  5. Click in the COMMENT box and make changes if needed.
  6. Click the "X" in the upper-right corner of the box to close.
