Subscribers agree to remain enrolled in the Software Service Plan for a
minimum period of 2 years. After the initial 2-year period, the subscriber will have the option
to extend or renew the subscription. This option is chosen by 70% to 80% of our Customers.* This price is subject to changes in consumer prices. Significant
changes in consumer prices may result in a change in the monthly cost during your 2 year
subscription.Cancellation Policy - During the first 60 days of your subscription you
can cancel your service plan, no questions asked. You will be charged the current price of the
Single License upgrade (see below). If you decide to cancel after 60 days, you will be charged
for the full 2 year subscription minus the payments already made.
Single-License Upgrade - Cost: $149.95 to $249.90.
If you have NTS version 4.30 or above, the upgrade price is $149.95.
If you have NTS version 4.26 or below, then the upgrade price is 249.90.
You will receive the latest version of NTS for one computer on CD.
Additional copies (if you need to install NTS on more than one computer) are available
for $39.95/ea. and can be ordered at any time.
Technical Support is FREE during the first 60 days; $2.00/min. thereafter.
Future upgrades are typically available 2 times per year at a cost ranging from $149.95
to $249.90. You will be notified when upgrades are released and be given the opportunity to
purchase them at that time.
